Meet Carol

Hi, I’m Carol Gastal.
Strategic perspective.
Hands-on leadership.
I like making complex work feel manageable—and helping people do their best work together.
I bring more than 15 years of experience in operational oversight, project management, and stakeholder engagement, supporting clients across consulting, telecommunications, and digital services.
My experience spans global programs and international teams, including helping scale a consulting team across 13 countries and eight time zones. I’ve worked with leaders across operations, technology, and delivery.
Through Actitude, I help leaders make sense of complexity, bring people together, and turn priorities into coordinated action.

Progress you can
put to work.
The goal is to help your business deliver, operate, and use its resources more effectively. Here’s how that has shown up in my work.
Bring complex initiatives to completion.
Digital transformation and product delivery
I’ve led cross-functional digital projects and supported stakeholder decisions that contributed to an app launch within its planned timeline.
What I bring: clear priorities, practical plans, and coordination across people, risks, and dependencies.
Connect decisions with service performance.
Operational oversight and IT transformation
As a strategic advisor, I helped stakeholders understand organisational challenges and supported decisions associated with improved service recovery.
What I bring: stakeholder alignment, operational visibility, and a focus on the issues affecting service reliability.
Make better use of resources.
Infrastructure delivery and resource optimisation
For a telecommunications client, I led infrastructure migration work that reduced recurring costs and identified redundancies that contributed to resource savings.
What I bring: process analysis, careful resource decisions, and attention to operational waste.
Examples drawn from Carol’s professional experience. Contributions were made alongside client stakeholders and delivery teams.
